The composting association of Ireland announced a new chairman following the AGM at the Standhouse Hotel in Kildare on June 27th last. 

Mr. Fiacra Quinn of Environmental Consultants Greenstreets has taken over the reins from founding member Paul Van Der Werf.  A secretary to the association  Mr Percy Foster - was also appointed to assist with administration.  Membership of Technical and Public Relations Committees were also confirmed, as was the outline calendar for the coming years seminars.

All attendees joined in thanking and wishing well to Paul who will be spending a lot of time in Canada over the coming year.
